At Agilent Technologies, we are looking to hire Channel Manager, who will be part of a dynamic and high goal achieving team of individuals supporting the growth and development of Agilent's instrument business  Major Responsibilities:  - Responsible for managing the indirect business of the organization (channels partners and sales agents). Manage, support and grow by establishing and developing productive, professional relationships with key stake holders  - Achieve assigned sales targets and Agilent goals, established on a quarterly basis. Achieve profitable sales through indirect organizations  - Develop and drive Agilent's adoption of strategic plans, programs and associated activities such as marketing, sales promotions, training and other Channel-related support among assigned partners  - Coordinate the involvement of Agilent's Support team in order to meet partners- performance objectives and partners- expectations  - Act as an interface between channel partners & customers to understand customers- requirements. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to meet customers- needs & to solve their problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution  - Manage channel conflict in the most efficient and effective manner  - Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements & with overall corporate compliance requirements.   Reporting Structure: Sales Director
