They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Channel Manager - B2B business & New Channels to fuel and sustain the growth for India
Job Description - Reporting to the GM, the incumbent will be responsible for :
- Channel Manager B2B & New Channels would be responsible for design and deployment of the GTM for the B2B business along with handling the new channels like CSD/CPC. She/he would be responsible for the right GTM mix into the channel to ensure along with delivery of channel target. The job requires very high level of entrepreneurial skills and a passion to drive initiatives.
THE KEY WORK STREAMS Define B2B GTM Structure :
- Define the right service mix for the channel.
- Deploy the right team on field and appoint the right customers through his team
- Lead CD Operations for the channel with overall TTS Budget Management and Trade Activation responsibility for the channel.
- QGP and Annual Planning
- PROBLEM SOLVING Lead TTS Budget Management and Trade Activation responsibility.
- QGP and Annual Planning
- Manage layered TTS and JBP with Key Accounts which is customized for different accounts based on key drivers for each customer.
The Successful Candidate :
- Overall Sales & Marketing experience - 6+ years. Customer facing role (2-3 years) - Experience in leading teams is critical
- Experience in Key Account Management/B2B sales is desirable
