Change Manager for a reputed Retail Banking Group

Skills required:

- 9-12 years organisational change management experience including 3-4 years general business experience (Operations).

Job-description:

- The Change Manager supports the delivery of all changes relating to Business Support enabling benefits realisation through analysis and documenting change requirements and impacts, executing the change management plans, developing relations with and supporting preparation of stakeholders for change, performing change readiness assessments and embedding the change within the company.

- Understand the stakeholder needs and provide input into the development of appropriate strategies for enabling and embedding project related change.

- Plan resources required for organisational change management activities for input into the program/project business case. Support delivery of allocated change management activities within the agreed cost /time parameters. Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of the project to budget.

- Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes.

- Experience in RETAIL Banking a MUST.
