About Chaayos:   Chaayos is a venture funded start-up (funded by Tiger Global) serving the $6Bn Indian Chai market. We are redefining how chai is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently we are at 8 cafes in Delhi NCR, we are providing chai-on-demand through our disposable kettles (and partnerships with Ola Cafe, Grofers, etc) and have created our own blends of premium masala chais   Role of the position:   The individual would head sales of Chaayos premium packaged teas across modern trade, standalone gourmet and ecommerce platforms. The role would involve aggressive growth of distribution network across these channels, and strong focus on activations to increase offtake of products  - Creation of pan-India distribution network for all Chaayos products   - Building and leading a sales team to operate across channels   - Handling P&L of entire category for these channels  - Building and leading a salesforce across multiple cities  - Optimizing marketing efforts tied in with sales and growth targets, and understanding analytics on marketing efficiency  - Developing strategic partnerships with brands and corporates to get maximum visibility   Work will be diverse, fast paced and a huge learning opportunity with scope for rapid growth   Compensation: 15L-30L based on current compensation  What are we looking for-   - Necessary sales experience of minimum 4 years, in modern retail and supermarket/hypermarket channels  - Startup attitude   - High energy levels and great communication skills   - Strong leadership skills to build and lead teams effectively
