Co. - One of the best Indian Business House having wing in Realty Sector with a turnover @10K Crore  Title: Head F&A[CFO]  Exp.: 12 to 20 yrs exp. in similar line of operations and should be from Realty/Construction Domain  Qualification: CA is must  Reporting To: CEO  Key Responsibilities:  - Financial Management of Greenfield projects of large size.		  - Investment Plans and Monitoring/Reviewing Capital Expenditure.		  - Interaction with Statutory & Internal Auditors		  - Negotiation and Liaison with the Consortium of Banks and Financial Institutions.		  - Working Capital and Funds Management. 		  - Preparation of Project Appraisal Reports etc 		  - Getting the Finance Facilities sanctioned and restructured from the Banks and FIs.		  - Finalization of Reports i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Receivables, Payables, Budgets, Fund/Cash  Flow Statement etc and advising accordingly to the Management.  - Financial and accountancy compliances
