At CFBI we aspire to enhance the quality of people's lives by implementing large scale (pan-India scale) sustainable and collaborative way.  Role Purpose:   We need a HR Head to formulate and implement the HR strategy, systems, processes and policies for CFBI across areas to attract best possible talent, motivate and retain them while building sustainable people-based competitive advantage  Key Responsibilities:   - Formulate overall HR strategy for CFBI and align it with the business plans  - Review and approve all HR policies, methods and timelines for manpower planning, recruitment and deployment, personnel policies, performance management systems and timelines, compensation and benefits schemes, succession planning and talent development programs  - Plan and recommend the HR budget for the annual year to senior management for approval (salary, training programmes, admin facilities etc.)  - Review organization structure design and role accountabilities from time to time to ensure that organization is structured effectively to suit the growth plans.  - Lead the manpower planning process in line with growth plans and ensure that all functions have the optimal number of resources  - Develop and ensure implementation of the overall performance management philosophy of the organization and align it with the organization's business objectives and guidelines  - Oversee the organization's promotion process, succession planning, career pathing, fast track / employee rotation process in coordination with respective function heads to ensure key skills availability for sustained growth and business continuity  - Oversee implementation of employee engagement initiatives and employee recognition schemes to increase productivity and retention in the organization  - Oversee annual training calendar creation and ensure training delivery for employees across levels in the form of technical, managerial and soft skills building with the help of external / internal experts  Educational Qualification:   - Post Graduate Degree in Management (MBA) with specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related areas  Technical Skills/Knowledge:   - Understanding of HR processes and systems, Experience in handling large employee base in a multinational setup and diverse high growth businesses, Business Partner Role of HR, Strategic thinking, Business acumen, Coaching skills  Language: Can communicate in English and Hindi
