- Responsible for driving the growth of revenue and profit margins.
- Identifying potential JV partners / Investors for the company.
- Accountable for all contracts and agreements with key stakeholders & clients.
- Strategic decision making based on interpreting financial data and drawing conclusions.
- Optimizing operating costs and efficiency.
- Motivating & providing strong leadership to all departments.
- Managing skills gaps and devising human resource strategies.
- Winning business from key target clients.
- Implementing systems that reward good staff performance & competence.
- Liaising with key strategic suppliers and customers to define KPI's.
- Reviewing and monitoring all budget expenditure.
- Developing the company's commercial processes including account management and marketing.
