Role Description:  - Person for this position should be able to maintain and enhance the organisations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.  Job Description:   - Manage talent and succession planning and take overall responsibility for recruitment activity   - Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary  - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals  - Conduct training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with input from vertical heads  - Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues  - Advice and support employees on policies, procedures, and company benefits  - Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods  - Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations, get constructive feedback and implement corrective measures where required  - Frame, update and implement relevant HR policies, procedures and processes  - Frame and update company manual, policy manual and organisations code of conduct  Qualifications & Experience:  - Post graduate degree in human resource  - Exposure of all HR sub systems  - 4-7 years of relevant work experience  Skills & Competencies:   - Excellent communication, interpersonnel and organisational skills  - The ability to work under pressure   - Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations  - Technical competency
