- Responsible for timely resolution of customer requests, queries and complaints
- Responsible for coordination with Compliance, Accounts, Audit dept for NHB audits and reporting
- Responsible for managing the GRO portfolio for the Company
- Would be responsible in identifying areas of improvements within the team and branches and provide training in improving accuracy and productivity.
- Responsible for team's TAT on closure of queries.
- To co-ordinate with stake holders and bring in process improvement for smoothening customer experience.
