Roles & Responsibilities :  - Develop an understanding of all organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  - Support the Director of Strategy and Business Operations to develop a framework for KPI tracking and analysis.  - Use KPI tracking data to analyze effectiveness of processes and performance.  - Regularly gather and track relevant data (e.g. Productivity data, Cycle time data, Financials, etc.).  - Create and maintain dashboards and reports from large data sets which translate data into an easily digestible format/structure.  - Support director of strategy workflow automation, metrics and reporting automation, dashboard automation, resource management and capacity planning.  - Partner with leadership to identify potential risks across operations and delivery and come up with effective risk mitigation strategies.  - Partner with stakeholders to advise on capacity and resource management.  - Use organizational data analysis to support executive decision making.  - Assist in development of best practices and guidelines.  - Gathers, integrates and prepares data from multiple sources to support information analytics  - Excellent conceptual, analytical decision making, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.Provide technical assistance and training to end users.  - Proficiency with business intelligence reporting required.  - Experience with data management and integration required.  - Knowledge of drug development process and clinical technology systems preferred.  - Knowledge of programming and software development life cycle preferred.
