Role : Financial Controller  Purpose of the Role :  - Completion of the financial statements along with the audit, ensuring the adequate internal control for financial entries and compliances with the relevant statutes including direct and Indirect taxes .   Responsibilities :  Statutory Books of Accounts :  - Put together the Financial Statements for all the legal entities, completing the statutory audit within the agreed timelines   Tax Audits :  - Anchoring the tax audit, along with the completion of all related formalities for the entities   IFRS :  - Implementation of IFRS for the legal entities in financial year 2017-18  Internal Financial Control (IFC) :  - Implementation and Maintenance of Internal Financial Control for all the legal entities in the organisation   Consolidation for BIC Group Reporting :  - Monthly reporting of the consolidated financials to the group internally   Systems and Processes :  - Design and Maintain system and processes to ensure compliant and correct financial statements   Internal Audit :  - Ensure completion of internal audits with the external auditors and closure of all the agreed actions   Reporting To : Corporate Controller   Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)  Preferably from FMCG Industry
