We at BIC Cello Pens are looking for Area Sales Manager - ASM Hubli to handle the General Trade (GT) sales of our core products into Writing Instruments.  Please find below the JOB DETAILS for this role:  Location: Hubli  Geography to be handled: Entire North Karnataka  Experience: 5 Years+  Candidate Skill set:  Must have experience in handling FMCG sales  Good understanding of Market & Distribution Network  Enthusiastic & Willing to drive things independently  JOB DESCRIPTION:  Formulate and implement Trade Marketing & Distribution Plan for the area in the general trade channel   Achievement of agreed Sales objectives for the circle, and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations  Formulating Brand input plans for various brands & handling new product launch.  Effective Market level planning & budgeting.
