Position Designation : Associate Consultant

Location : Mumbai (with international travel)

Key description of Role :

- The role includes being part of the delivery team, with engagements that cut across Strategy formulation, Business Transformation, Balanced scorecard development, Process realignment, Organizational restructuring, and Technology transformation areas.

- Principal Accountabilities of the role would be to execute projects, involving active research/analytics based on internal & external information sources and development of interim & final report preparation.

- The role would also involve active engagement with CXO/Senior level client personnel and would involve strong skills of issue identification, solution development, and presentation.

- Responsibilities include actively assisting Project Manager/ Director in project execution with the overall objective of ensuring timely & high-quality project deliverables.

- The job involves extensive use of office applications - PowerPoint, Excel & Word. We have offices in global cities and a large number of projects presently executed in the Asia/Middle East region.

Position Competencies :

- MBA from top-tier B-School with minimum 3 years of prior experience

- Analytical, solution focus approach to problem-solving.

- Passion for knowledge & value addition.

- Willing to travel, including intensive international travel

- Understanding of Fin Services / Fintech would be valued

- Excellent academic pedigree and performance

- Strong verbal & written communication skills

- Aspiration for a long term career in consulting
