CEB - Consultant - Data Analysis & Reporting

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job

- To become an expert in custom professional services delivery, upholding and role modelling best practice processes, tools and methodologies.

- To become a lead on custom professional services projects and liaise with the local team and client as needed to deliver projects to time, cost and quality expectations.

- Building credible partnerships with the PS community to provide support, advice and guidance where necessary.

- Support the development roadmap for central professional services to drive innovation and field enablement of custom professional services delivery

Delivering projects to scope:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered within the scoped number of days.

Delivering projects on time:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered to the agreed deadline.

Delivering projects to quality expectations:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered to client quality expectations.

Completing documentation correctly:

- All key documentation is completed on time and accurately, for example, timesheets, and project information.

Delivery utilization in line with team goals:

- Your personal utilization on client projects is in line with the team goal.

Leading with Expertise:

- Actively contribute to self-development by participating in training and development sessions and seeking opportunities for growth.

Candidate Specifications:

- Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Masters in Occupational Psychology

- Experience of working within the industry

- Knowledge of psychometric test design Knowledge of analytics and data management

- Level A & B testing

- Expert in Excel and/or SPSS

- Work experience in a commercial environment
