About our client  Our client is a multinational retail giant operating in the space of wellness and beauty.  Role accountability  1. Be responsible to lead key categories of the organization as a Leader.  2. Manage product and services portfolio, and innovations.  3. As a leader of the portfolio, represent in Leadership meetings and decision making.   4. Develop and drive the product and promotion strategy and execution  5. Annual category planning, management and financial productivity of the categories  6. Manage and drive the P&L for the categories   7. Ensure profitability of the categories being managed and ensure consistent business growth  8. Manage inventory, margin negotiations, sales planning, forecasting.  Desired profile  7-14 years experience in retail beauty segment (cosmetic/ beauty products, salons etc)  Experience of working as a Category manager leading key portfolios within the organization  Keen business and financial acumen.  Able communicator and team management experience.  Understanding of end to end product life cycle
