Category Head - Kids (MNC)

Purpose of the role

- Manage assigned category business for the market:

- Implement global and regional category plans and strategies

- Develop appropriate local market category strategies and plans

- Develop, implement and achieve yearly revenue budget for the category.

- Ensure licensees have full understanding and are complying with Company’s business and quality standards

Candidate background

- 10 - 12 years working experience in kids products industry at merchandising, or sales related undertakings( sales, business development from consumer products, media, retail,) ideally in a multinational environment

- Some exposure to P&L

- MBA from any institute
