Our Client is a leading American MNC based in Gurgaon, and are looking for a high-performing marketing professional for a category head position.   Role Objective:  - Develop the category business strategy and achieve volume, profit and brand objectives  - Conceptualize and drive growth & market share acquisition initiatives  Principal Responsibilities:  The category management responsibilities encompass developing and implementing:  - New product launches, pricing strategies, advertising and sales promotion strategies, and communication strategies  - Forecasting & budgeting, market research, brand support programmes  - Developing marketing plans within the specified budget  - Establishing right allocation of resources for ATL and BTL marketing strategies  - Developing strategy for product positioning   Reporting to: Head of Marketing  Experience:  - Minimum 10-12 years in Sales and Marketing, with 4-5 years in sales roles and 4-5 years in marketing roles.
