Category Head - Digital, for a Large Media/PR Organisation

Reporting to the COO

Job Location - Mumbai

Candidates are required from Consulting Organisations or Media/PR Organisation

- P & L Responsibility for the Category.

- Networking and Relationship with CXO level people

- Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category.

- Work on the business growth strategy by both push and pull strategy.

- Understanding of the client Organisation's problem areas in Communication/Brand/Reputation/Growth,etc, Then design digital solutions that can best address the problem, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance.

- Providing our client with customer focused insights regarding the Digital category.

- Becoming a leader in category ranging, pricing and promotions across customer channels.

- Leading category management projects to optimise ranges and related merchandising.

- Working alongside customer and national accounts teams to translate customer insights into strategies which drive performance.

- Managing a large portfolio and developing appropriate strategies for each.
