Category Head/Business Head - Devotional Business

What we are looking for:

We are looking to bring on board a business head to continue driving this vision by taking responsibility for revenue generation and managing the P&L. Towards this end, this individual shall also be responsible for developing and creating new revenue streams and businesses while continuing to develop the vision for the market, brand, content and product for the existing business.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Driving the entire Devotional Category

- Sole and end to end Responsibility for running the entire business to achieve the vision

2. Drive existing business

- Maximize revenue from existing businesses

- Align activities and learnings of all platforms for co-ordinated calendars, content and cross-platform insights

- Focusing on acquiring/creating select content which will add value to the catalogue and fortify recall and pull of the devotional brand

3. New Businesses/revenue streams

- Develop new businesses/revenue streams in this space on existing or new platforms

- Set-up, operationalize and hand over to operations/platform teams

4. Revenue and P&L

- Responsible for revenue from existing and new revenue streams

- Responsible for the P&L of the Devotional business

- Broad-basing the revenue both in terms of platforms and content

5. Stakeholder Management

- Engage and Influence all the key stakeholders in the organization including the platform revenue drivers to achieve the desired top line and bottom-line targets

6. Branding, Marketing and Communication

- Establish the Brand as the no 1 Devotional products/services/content brand

- Unified Branding for devotional products cross platform Category level as well as Product/Service level marketing and communication

7. Relationships

- Build and Nurture relationships& alliances through the eco-system including temples/trusts/influencers/merchants/pundits/etc.
