Xenon Automotive is a two year old start up working in the areas of automotive dealer applications, customer experience and connected cars. We have recently launched www.Cartisan.in for car owners to book and avail car services  If you are passionate about working in the automotive space, interested in shaping of a disruptive business model, and geared up to work in a start-up environment, read further.   RESPONSIBILITIES   - Create, manage database of automotive service dealers in NCR area to start with and expand potentially other cities / regions.   - Develop strategy for approaching, convincing and enrolling new service dealers in the region. Meet with Service Dealers, negotiate the terms of agreement, convince them to enroll to our services   - Will be responsible for driving revenue growth and number of dealer enrollments   - Promote our product - brand - amongst service dealers.   - Manage level of business done at each of the Service Dealers and plan for increasing share of business to those whose business is less than what we have guaranteed.   - Address customer issues with Service dealers and ensure improvement in customer experience. Follow up on feedbacks provided / to be provided by Car Owners.   - Regularly visit Service Dealers and maintain relationship by giving them support, information and necessary guidance   - Schedule periodical reviews with Service Providers on Users feedbacks and promoting their service offerings.   - Identify potential revenue streams using the platform in a manner that is mutually beneficial for Xenon as well as Service dealers   - Responsible for regular reporting of business revenues and performance against targets   - Ensuring appropriate and timely usage of marketing materials   - Potential to take on leadership role in the region based on performance   REQUIREMENTS   - Engineer, Preferably Masters in Business Administration   - Good Knowledge of the automobile industry   - Demonstrated strong results, good at negotiations and convincing B2B customers,   - Track record of building strong relationships (preferably with the automotive dealer community) and other consumer goods franchisees   - 3-4 years- experience in the automotive business (dealer development, sales, service) or similar functions in consumer goods industry (franchisee development / management) preferred   - Process oriented, self-motivated, team worker   - Fluency in spoken and written English, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint   WHATS ON OFFER, HOW TO APPLY   Challenging work, competitive pay and incentives (including stock options in the future).   All applications must be accompanied by a cover letter explaining why you feel you are the right candidate for the position and your resume.   Since we are looking for a high level of attention to detail, it is likely that applications that do not include the above will not be considered.
