Position:- Senior Consultant  Company:- Cartesian Consulting Pvt Ltd  Openings: 2  Location: Mumbai  Reporting to:- Client Delivery Director   Requirement:  - The individual should have between 8-10 years of relevant experience in CRM/ Customer Intelligence/ Marketing Analytics in one or more domains of retail/ telecom/ financial services/ retail / grocery, eCommerce.   2.- Expert in the application on CRM principles, and usage of customer and transaction data to drive marketing and business decisions.   3.- The individual should also be highly proficient in presentation of complex data and be able to explain complex analysis to business users  4.- Confident communicator and comfortable presenting to groups and senior industry leaders.  5.- Comfortable with various technologies for analytics, reporting, modeling, campaign management.  6.- Proven track record of managing a team and helping it deliver at peak efficiency.   Role:  1.- Client Delivery: Responsible for overall client delivery for a group of clients   2.- Team Management and Mentoring: Responsible for a team of analysts and help them develop analytics approaches that help business users  3.- Define and design campaigns, oversee data extracts and model builds, build KPIs and dashboards, oversee builds of predictive models and comment on segmentation strategy.   4.- Business Acumen: Responsible to go beyond analytical thinking and recommend marketing initiatives based on the data.  Company Description:- Cartesian is a global consulting firm specializing in Marketing Analytics.
