Job Responsibilities :

- Managing overall credit and risk management for commercial Vehicles across city.

- Responsible for acquiring minimum finance or re-finance cases per month

- Involved in credit, collection & operations, ensuring top line and bottom line profitability of the region

- Formulating budgets, designing credit policies, advertising plans, and promotional schemes with a view to garner new accounts & meet revenue targets

- Performing overall retail lending operations including identification of potential customers, loan appraisal, loan sanction, documentation formalities and loan disbursal

- Formulating innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate favorable disposition in customers minds, analyzing market intelligence to align business strategy accordingly.

- Managing business through sales team & channel - DMA; enhancing retail penetration & profits of the region through fund based and non-fund based business

- Managing audit & compliance, reconciliation of accounts & cost control in accordance with operational policy & guidelines

- Accountable for Business development, channel development / management - DSAs, credit appraisal, recovery and overall branch management
