The role involves designing and delivering organizational development interventions build a great culture, strengthen leadership and make it a great place to work  The nuts and bolts:  - Assess organizational health through surveys and determine areas to work on  - Be the champion in embedding the values and building culture  - Help leaders identify their areas of development and curate programs and experiences for them  - Ensure that people across roles are focused on the right business metrics  - Design and bring to life a great employee experience   The bare necessities:  - Masters in HR / Organizational Development / Social Work   - 7-10 years experience in HR with around 4 years experience in OD & Talent Development   - Prefer someone who has done a stint in a consulting firm   - Fluency in Tamil is a must  - Willingness to travel  Who would fit in:  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision   - Good at reading people   - Has maturity to work with people across levels; a patient person  - Is self-driven, willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done   - Strong Execution skills  The role would be based in Chennai.
