It is an interesting blend of working on product, service and employer branding assignments. The role is strategic as much as it is operational, given that Carpediem straddles the development of brand identity, marketing strategy and hand-holds clients in execution and evaluation. Consultants get to see their ideas work and succeed in the market   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Develop brand identity, create marketing strategies and finally bring the strategy to life in market  - Drive brand strategy and differentiation, creating a unique and compelling customer experience  - Create a brand focus within the companies we work with, facilitate organizational changes that deliver on the brand promise, and support market activation.   - Provide insight and advice to clients to better understand market trends and dynamics.   - Build collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams in client organizations   Desired Profile:  - An MBA from a reputed university in India or overseas  - Has worked for 4-8 years; prior experience of impacting performance of a consumer brand preferred  - Has already helped developed a portfolio of creative and impactful brand communication  - A familiarity with and keen interest in digital marketing  - Is comfortable working across the spectrum of strategy and activation  Desired Personal Attributes:  - Keen sense of consumer insight; able to connect the dots  - Ability to think creatively and innovatively  - Has maturity to work with people across levels  - Ability to influence without having direct authority  - Strong project management skills  - Is self-driven, willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done  The role would be based in Bangalore.
