- We are looking for a passionate Account Manager for our 2W finance marketplace business. This person would partner with and ensure the long-term success of the business along with ensuring client satisfaction.
- He/She would be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. He/She will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients & business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including product, tech, analysts and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. - Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities. Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers.
- Making quick, data driven decisions and communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements of the role :
- B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent - MBA preferred
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial bent of mind
- Strategic with strong problem solving & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written & verbal
- A high degree of motivation, self-awareness & ability to multi task effectively in a challenging environment
