Regional Head - Bank Auctions South 1  South 1 comprises of AP (Arunachal Pradesh ), TS (Telangana) & KA (Karnataka)  Job Responsibilities :   - Complete ownership of the P&L of the region  - Incharge of all bank auctions in the region- online, offline and yard auctions  - Build, train, manage and lead a team of Buyer and Seller Relationship Managers  - Motivating and monitoring the complete team and helping them to achieve the overall goal  - To build and maintain good relationships with new and existing buyers  - Coordination with the sellers for future listings  - Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans  - Troubleshooting any issues arising  Skills/ Qualification :   Education Qualification : MBA with 2-3 years of core sales experience or a Graduate with min. 4 years of core sales experience   - Candidates with experience in sale of online/digital products, online auctions, used car / truck sales/auto sector will be preferred, but not mandatory  - Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision  - Aggressive, highly-energetic, passionate person with a go-getter attitude  - Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment of a high growth startup   - Excellent with MS Excel skills
