Product Manager:

Report to Business Head

Team : 4-5 Team Members (Reportee)

Location: Gurgaon

Spearheaded the product lifecycle from scratch - customer research, competitor analysis, wireframing, mock up validation, product development, testing, launch, marketing/sales and analysis of data to refine product features.

Do have strong working Knowledge on Enterprise Solutions, CRM and SAS.

Owned roadmap for web and mobile products for buyers and sellers in both the B2C and B2B space - e-commerce website, e-commerce mobile application, admin panel, analytics dashboard, SMS & email communication panel

Conducted primary research on user behavior and analysed user data to chart product roadmap

Built a B2C e-commerce website for selling automobile solutions.

Managed product feature backlog, prioritization, timelines and schedule for implementation of product features in an Agile environment

Worked closely with all departments of the business, i.e. technology, operations, design, sales, content and BD

Experience throughout enterprise software implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering,design/project specifications, hands-on development, testing, release, user training and enhancements

Do have hands-on coding in Java, Python, SQL, XML to customize the software to align with business processes

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies of project delivery in a fast paced environment
