Role : Market Insights Manager
Function: Marketing
Location: Gurgaon
Role purpose: To create and sustain CarDekho's image among OEM, agencies, dealers and media community via insightful industry reports. Help company gain better understanding of consumers and dealers to guide marketing and trade programmes. Collate and organize various internal data sources to report on marketing effectiveness to guide future marketing spending.
Role accountabilities and tasks:
1. Create templates and formats for weekly, monthly, quarterly analyses based on web, app, analytics data
2. Responsible for generating industry reports on consumer visits, leads, dealers, used cars etc to be sent to industry stakeholders
3. Report progress on major product and marketing initiatives to company via data mining and analysis
4. Conduct frequent consumer surveys on website and using company databases
5. Conduct 3rd party agency led surveys to measure brand status vis-- -vis competition
6. Conduct dealer satisfaction studies for guiding company policies
Competencies required -
1. Through grounding in quantitative research and statistical methods
2. Good communication and presentation skills
3. Advanced user of MS Excel and Powerpoint
4. Team Player
Qualifications MBA preferably from a premier institute.
Experience and skills 1. 4-6 years of work experience in reputed market research agency or consultancy either in consumer or business research; should be involved in client facing work in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations
