Looking for rockstar credit/risk analysis folks from retail banking to join an exciting FINTECH unit in retail auto space. Will be an individual contributor role where you would be required to do credit appraisal of loan applications. Role will eventually evolve to build credit/risk analytics models guiding our in-house data science teams.  Broad JD:  - Credit appraisal of retail auto loan consumers to understand repayment capacity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.  - To conceptualize, deliberate, draft, and roll out credit policies for vehicle loans in line with business requirements.   - Analyze data to monitor portfolio quality and policy triggers to provide regular feedback to the business on the same.   - Development of risk scoring and pricing models in coordination with analytics team for faster improved decisions.   - Underwriting for vehicle loans covering high value high risk cases flowing at risk level from different geography in India.  Required Skills And Experience:  1. Experience in Credit Risk and/or Policy Function, preferably having covered Auto loans (New, Used CV, TW, Tractor)   2. Documentation experience (Loans)  3. Attention to detail, meticulous planning, self starter with a focus towards process improvement to achieve higher efficiency  4.
