We are hiring for Cardekho.com, for Jaipur location.  HEAD - ANALYTICS (WEB)  We are looking to hire a seasoned Web Analyst with the ability to measure and analyze the nature of the customer's interaction with all our websites. The Web Analytics Manager will be responsible for collection, analysis, and presentation of various web metrics and test results. Working with Google Analytics in particular and other web analytics platforms, you will develop regular and ad-hoc reports, analyze trends, summarize and present findings, and articulate key insights to internal stakeholders. He/she must be able to understand relevant technology applications, complex web ecosystems and best practices and apply this knowledge to work on a daily basis.  Key Areas of Responsibility:   - Expert knowledge of web analytics tools; particularly Google Analytics  - Expertise with attribution methodologies, A/B and multivariate testing   - Internalize customer insights and champion the customer  - Measure and analyze the larger picture of business performance; including Click stream data - Traffic, Conversions & Sales  - Testing and Behavioral Targeting of Customers, Optimizing various Conversion Paths  - Work with testing and analytics team to identify & track online KPI, provide actionable insights and recommendation to improve online business performance  - Use business knowledge, data knowledge and domain knowledge to provide ongoing business insights   Professional Competencies:   - Must Haves: Google Analytics, Webtrends Analytics experience, Numeral ability, Analytical skills, Predictive modeling, Knowledge of statistical tools, Drive to closure  - Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems  - Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere  - Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points  - High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation  - Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills  Professional Skills & Qualifications:   - Engg + MBA   - 8 to 12 years experience in WEB Analytics  - Strong understanding of KPIs to measure for day-to-day marketing processes  - High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word  - Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools  - Additional experience with mobile APP analytic tools would be preferred  - Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
