- Involved in the end-to end process from sourcing of business from channel partners to disbursement

- Preparing application files and coordinating with sourcing team, customers and channel partners

- Ensuring best TAT to keep customers and channel partners satisfied

- Monitor all metrics related to operations and ensure they are maintained at the right levels

Key Requirements :

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in handling operations of car loans - especially used car loans

- Strong commitment and desire to deliver

- Ability to work with ambiguity and think on the feet
