- To manage dealer/DSA/sub DSA relationships and source business through them  - To build and lead local ops team to service channel partners & manage loan filing process effectively  Coordinate and supervise the whole process of loan (from file opening to disbursement of loan)  Coordinating with credit and OPS team for maintaining the proper TAT in the market   - To ensure 100% satisfaction of channel partners through strict control on login to disbursement funnel and TATs  - To train team & channel partners on finding customers requirements and giving suitable suggestions on used car finance  - To meet local city level targets for disbursements & other operations KRAs  - To generate regular analysis and MIS reports and coordinate with head office on everything  - To develop schemes for increased business through local channels  - To maintain good relationship with dealers to increase business in Organized sector  Job Requirements:  - Must have dealer/DSA channel management experience for used cars purchase/refinance loan  - Must be driven, self-motivated and hungry to achieve goals  - Must be mobile  - Graduate, preferably MBA  - At least 3-6 years of experience in handling dealers and agents  - Effective leadership management skill, Aggressive, Smart and Good Communication Skill
