This role is based out of our Gurgaon office.   Responsibilities :   - Identifying challenges and growth opportunities for the organization through analysis of monthly business data   - Interact with different business verticals to understand their requirements and gather data accordingly   - Measure monthly performance of the different business verticals and present findings to the leadership team   Requirements :   - 2+ years of experience in an analytics roles (industry doesn't matter)   - Should be an excel ninja and be able to quickly analyze large volumes of data   - Extremely structured thought process, sound analytical abilities and ability to tie findings from data analysis with business requirements   - Highly effective written and verbal communication skills   - Immense drive to hustle and get things done   - Being comfortable with ambiguity/chaos and unpredictable working hours  Salary Range: 4-8 LPA
