Job Description :

Educational Qualification : MBA/B.E degree or equivalent degree in quantitative field from Tier 1 colleges only

Relevant Experience :

- Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Predictive modelling

- Relevant work experience of 2-4 years

Competencies Required :

Functional Competencies :

Must have:

- Expertise in advanced statistical techniques such as Probability, Hypothesis testing, Regression, ANOVA, Classification, Segmentation, Text Mining

- Predictive modelling hands-on knowledge

- Analysis on statistical tools like R,SPSS

- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint

- Familiarity with SQL

Good to have :

- Familiarity with visualization tools - Tableau, QlikView, Machine learning, Collaborative Filtering, Random forests, BBN, GBM

Behavioral Competencies :

- Communication Skills written and verbal

- Team player

- Positive attitude and flexibility

- Critical thinking and constructive debating
