Leadership Position in IT Captive Strategy & Governance

Role:

- This position is with a Captive of a Fortune 500 Global Corporation

- This is a senior leadership role

- Good understanding of technology in the Banking & Financial Services Industry

- Industry knowledge of setting up and delivering captive services in a Global Environment

- Define and periodically review strategy to determine right scale and scope to be built up

- Build the governance framework around quality assurance, efficiency and Metrics

- Benchmarking with the best in the Industry and defining improvement areas

Requirement:

- 18-24 yrs of overall experience

- Extensive experience in defining captive IT strategy and building governance frameworks

- Experience in IT in the Banking & Financial Services Industry

- Should have worked in a Consulting or Captive setup with the required knowledge and experience
