The candidate will be expected to possess a holistic understanding of our businesses and be able to make decisions that contribute to the overall goal of the company instead of individual performance.   The day to day responsibilities will include  1. Design of digital products such as mobile apps, website, backend products for Capital First's customers and internal employees based on requirements gathered from various stakeholders  2. Working with internal IT team and external vendors for development of products  3. Hands on coding to build a framework for seamless data transfer between digital properties and internal systems  4. Continuously monitor the performance of digital products through primary and secondary sources and present insights to the management for improving the reach and uptake of the products; Develop and maintain management reporting systems  5. Conducting research to understand the need for different product  Travel may be required from time to time to meet the end customer and gather needs/feedback  Desired Candidate Profile:  B.Tech/B.E/BS from a reputed institute with demonstrated technical skills.   The role comes with a steep learning curve and an ideal candidate should possess  1.
