- Become the single point of contact for Capita India Analytics - Retail.

- Sales Support : To showcase the analytical capabilities using retail relevant examples to potential customers and also provide evidences of tangible business benefits.

- Delivery: Depending on the requirement he needs to drive the delivery of the projects across the following lines:

- Profiling & Segmentation of customers at overall level & at different granularity

- Predict customer behavior for targeted product offering

- Chalk-out Mark-down strategy based on existing inventory & demand forecast

- Clustering of stores & price zone identification

- Cross-selling & Up-selling of products across different horizon & different brands

- Effective product assortment by identifying associated products

- Conversion Funnel Analysis

- Right product bundling for better value proposition

- Contact Center Analytics

- Inventory management with demand forecasting at Product \ SKU levels
