Technical Recruiter / Sourcer - 2 - 7 years - Mumbai / Bangalore  Job Description:  Prior experience in technology staff augmentation or consulting firm is a must  - Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must  - Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills  - Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time  - Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications  - Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet  - Enjoys the process of sourcing and reading resumes diligently  - Deep knowledge about technology industry in general, more specifically, companies, competitors, currently events, etc.  - Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to make suggestions  - Team player who believes the sum is great than the parts  - Independent and motivated without much supervision  - Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented  - Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment  Role & Responsibilities:   - Coordinating with the business to understand and document the requirements.   - Partnering with Internal Sourcing Team in order to identify matching profiles through various sources.   - First level qualification of candidates for interest in JD and other required details.   - Coordinating and scheduling the interviews via telephone / VC / face to face.   - Following up with the panel to manage the candidate feedback and closing the loop with candidates.   - Post selection - managing the offers and assisting in joining formalities.   - Exploring various sourcing channels like networking and internal referrals for senior candidates   Specification / Skills / Experience:   - 2+ years of Technology Hiring experience is mandatory  - Graduate / MBA with minimum  - Sourcing / Screening / Recruitment  - Active & Passive Sourcing Experience   - Should be able to manage medium to high volume hiring numbers.  - Excellent communication skills.   - Strong internal / external client facing experience.   Primary Skill: Sourcing & Recruitment  Location: Mumbai / Bangalore  Experience: 2 - 7 Years  Contact: Aravind Chandrasekar
