We are hiring for Sourcing Specialist (Male candidates only), for our Hinjewadi-Pune office.

Job Description :

Exp required : Sourcing, IT Recruitment, End to End Recruitment, Active / Passive Sourcing

- Build Sourcing Strategy to meet the available & forecasted manpower demand

- Sourcer will leverage different tools to research and reach out to the market to build the best talent pool.

- Working towards building market intelligence reports for various skills

- The Sourcer will support the recruiting team from the Financial Services Division.

- The division supports top financial institutions across the country. The sourcer will identify talent in the assigned market in different businesses.

- As a Sourcer he / she will partner with the recruiting team to understand job needs and client's business requirements to develop the ideal talent.

- Sourcer would also be responsible for few adhoc responsibilities as and when required
