Role: SAP AD Implementation and Rollouts Business Leader  Total Experience: 15+ Yrs in SAP Delivery  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for all Build and Rollout projects in SAP AD  - Coordinate the handoff between Projects and SAP iDC, for smooth delivery  - Focus on delivery quality and ensure a very high OTACE and positive customer feedback  - Create reference customers through good delivery quality and customer delight  - Full Operations Compliance and Operations Improvement for all projects  - Drive account growth, through mining and addition of new accounts with solutions team  - Work together with iDC and establish the - Functional Factory-   Required Skills:  - Program Management skills  - Delivered at least 3 SAP Implementation / Rollouts projects for customers  - Ability to work in teams and lead from the front  - Excellent communication skills   - Good knowledge of project and operations finance costs  - Pre-Sales and Solutions experience  Required Experience: 12+ years in delivering SAP AD Projects
