Location : Bangalore   Job Description - Recruiter & Staffing, Talent Acquisition - for Leadership Hiring team :  - Manage all stakeholders efficiently, ensure their expectations w.r.t. mandates are met and regular updates are sent to them proactively   - Manage senior candidates well, keeping them engaged in case of delays (if any), address their concerns effectively   - Negotiate compensation/levels in order to get senior level hires at optimum cost   - Prepare and extend Offer or Contract letters as per process   - Ensure completion of all documentation as per the standard recruitment processes   - Ensure the hiring process gets completed on a fast track basis   - Coordinate interviews, arrange required logistics as per requirements   - Keep a complete knowledge about active job openings at senior hiring levels   - Participate in the required Recruitment meetings and provide related updates   - Maintain Recruitment Status Reports   - Sourcing, Direct Sourcing from Job portals, LinkedIn, other sources, validating and attracting talent to positions at Cap Gemini.  - Updating required Recruitment Tool and IRW with all New Hire data  Working Hours : 9 Am to 6Pm. Monday to Friday. This position requires the ability to work overtime, & on some weekend which often cannot be predicted in advance.  Work Location : Brigade Metropolis, Bangalore  Job Criteria :   Required Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduate  Required Experience : 3-8 years into Recruitment domain  Required Designation : Decided based on experience   Location : Bangalore
