IT Transition/Program Manager
- Conducting Due Diligence
- Validating the proposed solution and highlighting any potential risks
- Single Point of Contact for the IT stream for the given clients. Coordinate with local Capgemini teams for various streams to successfully transition the IT scope for the given clients.
- Establishing network connectivity between the client data centers, Capgemini BPO data centers, and the BPO delivery centers
- Ensuring the setup and readiness of the local infrastructure in the Capgemini BPO delivery centers
- Supporting in Linkage of the client application environments and the necessary application access to the delivery teams
- Providing support with the Capgemini tools integration
- Design and Implementation of the Voice setup for the given clients
- Implementation of the Support model for the given client that would help the operations
- Providing a stable performance to the delivery / operations teams by identifying and resolving any potential issues and bottlenecks
- Ensure a smooth handover to the business IT partner in the run mode
