Position Title:- Director -   Process:- F&A Operations- (P2P, O2C, R2R)   Level / Grade:- O9   Total Experience : 14 to 20  Reports to: Engagement Director  Location- : Bangalore-   Team Size- : 100 +   Qualification- :- CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)  Key Responsibilities -   The role-holder -   - Responsible for Service Delivery with zero surprises for a team of 100 FTEs.   - Responsible for ensuring smooth ramp-up in the process.   - Responsible for delivery excellence in the process.   - Responsible as Escalation Point for key service outcomes and issue resolution.   - Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with senior client executives. Responsible for managing the contract to budgeted costs-   Essential Skills and Experience -   - Work Experience: 12+ Years of Industry Experience   - Excellent knowledge P2P, O2C & R2R process Prior experience of managing a contract of 80-100 resources in the area of P2P, R2R, O2C   - Strong People and Project Management skills and transition   - Strong delivery skills especially with complex engagements.   - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
