Capgemini - Delivery Manager - Siebel CRM

Onsite opportunity in UAE for one of our biggest account in middle east.

We are looking for end to end service delivery manager who can manage the entire project planning, coordination, release independently.

Base Location : Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune

- 12-13 years overall experience.

- At least 8-9 years in Siebel projects

- Should be able to manage end to end delivery of Siebel CRM programs - Delivery Management, Client Management, Commercials, Quality Assurance etc

- Should be willing to participate in solution architecture & designs and not just focus on delivery/people management

- Government/Public Sector background is preferable.

- Account mining and generating additional business

- Extremely good communication and presentation skills

- Should be willing & able to participate in pre-sales work - Responding to RFPs, Presentations, Client Interactions etc

- ITIL certified

- MS Project

- Working in onsite-offshore model

- Some knowledge of infrastructure management, servers, networking, Security audits etc the span is for one year.
