Job Description:-
We are looking for a Client Visit Experience Manager to join our fun, hardworking and talented Win Center team. The candidate must be passionate; detail oriented and understand the big picture. He/she should possess strong organizational and time-management skills and have the ability to multi-task.
This role is for the BPO Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Capgemini.
Specification / Skills / Experience
- Will have end-to-end responsibility of project managing Client visits in India
- Initiate & Drive Client visit request calls, provide inputs to the visit strategy and guide visit support teams as applicable
- Work with the teams involved & ensure that the agreed deliverables are delivered in right time and with high quality
- Guide the teams and Review the Content for the Client visits
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic and support programs
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 to 12 years
Primary Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
- High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
