CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR IT / CONSULTING; ;  POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT DESIGNATION Senior Manager ROLE Change Management Consultant REPORTING TO Global ITICS -   Multiple programs DIRECT REPORTS ABOUT THE ORGANISATION HR to fill standard approved writeup Team ABOUT THE POSITION   Responsibilities -   - Working with ITICS business process consultants to identify ITICS change requirements  - Developing business case for change   - Creating a framework for change management   - Assessing need for change, implementing change, and managing the impact on stakeholders   KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS   Success in this role will be measured through a balance of qualitative measures: -   Successful implementation of recommended business process changes   CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS   Must Haves -   Experience in Change Management in:   Identifying need for change and developing business cases supporting the change management decision   Conducting workshops to agree on need for change, get buy-in and define org structure/ business process  Conducting migration impact assessments for stakeholders and developing change strategy based on the assessments   Developing training plan, communication plan based on the deployment strategy   Driving change by working on preparation for change, monitoring change, highlighting risks, taking corrective and preventive actions o Identifying best practices and communicating success in the process of change Desired  Experience in managing CxO-level stakeholders, identifying impact of change, redesigning org structure, implementing change of org structure, communication, training, and other aspects of change management  Excellent communication skills - Good organizational skills - Ability to work in a team/ manage consultants - Excellent stakeholder management skills   FLEXIBILITY & LOCATION - Mumbai/ Bangalore-based; open to travel within India as well as internationally   COMPENSATION - Confidential; based on Capgemini grid   QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS, TO APPLY - 10+ years of experience in change management
