Responsibilities:  Research / Analysis:  - Develop Research methods and frameworks; Organize, analyze and summarize information from secondary data sources; Synthesize information into trends and point of views; Present research output with appropriate message, references and case studies; Address queries and clarifications related to research finding; Help leverage research material for delivery and sales  - Work closely with sector (Consumer Product & Retail Global Sector) stakeholders to put through business case for new research activity; setup research objectives; validate findings; collaborate with various teams and alliances; participate in reviews; ensure signoff from stakeholders  - Support regular publications, pre-sales effort and account intelligence initiatives with relevant research content and data  - Manage budget, scope and project plan   Key skills:  - At least 5 years of Business Research experience in Consumer Products and Retail  - Excellent capability for qualitative and quantitative analysis  - Understanding of CP/Retail related industry frameworks - NRF (ARTS), SCC (SCOR), APQC (Retail Classification Framework), GS1  - Understanding of Analysts- frameworks - Gartner, Forrester, Aberdeen, IDC, Nelson Hall, Ovum as well familiarity with leading Industry Reports like CGT, RSR, RetailWeek, McKinsey, Nielsen  - Hands on experience with proprietary databases such as Factiva, Bloomberg, Hoovers, Capital IQ, etc for secondary research  - Comfortable with MS Office  - Excellent verbal and written communication  Contact: Varadaraj Ashrit
