In the context of Application Management (AM) Services, deliver a mature Physical Tooling Architecture to support state-of-art Industrialization and Automation across multiple Client Engagements
Use existing relationships with Tooling vendors and Internal stakeholders to develop Business Case, Define and Implement Solutions
Work in a hands-on manner and deliver to high expectations
Collaborate with Client / Internal Capgemini teams and key Stakeholders
Facilitate Client Workshops and on-going Client interactions to develop Future-State Physical Tooling Architecture
Drive periodic reviews of these Initiatives with Client and Internal Steering Committees
Earn based on the quality of work, Organizational alignment to Define and Drive these Client Engagement initiatives
Responsible for Customer and Internal Satisfaction, Delivery of Business Impact
Evidence of successfully building and delivering a mature Physical Tooling Architecture to support state-of-art Industrialization and Automation
Demonstrated Expertise in the following categories of Tooling:
1. Business Service Management Tools (HP BAC and others)
2. Application Monitoring and Performance Management
3. Application Workflow and User Experience
4. Business Transaction Monitoring
5. Event Management Tools
6. Service Management & Reporting Tools
7. CMDB Tools
Deep appreciation of Infrastructure Monitoring Tools for Monitoring of Servers, Databases, Storage, Mainframe Operations, Distributed Computing
Experience in building a Command Center from scratch would be a strong plus
Experience in an Onsite Client Engagement (this is not a People Management role)

Ability to work with remote teams
