Participate in overall forecasting and determination of campus hiring needs for select businesses- Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires.
- Identify optimum sourcing options, leveraging market and external competition due diligence.
- Work with key stakeholders and drive projects
- Structure annual recruiting calendar; find creative solutions for school and divisional recruiting
- Work with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to effectively manage and resource campus recruitment events and leverage talent pipelines.
- Develop full-time, summer and seasonal hiring plans per school or conference and organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields
- Oversee budget process
- Monitor and drive diversity agenda across all divisions
- Manage reporting and metrics; use analysis to set strategy for upcoming year in partnership with key clients
- Share knowledge and encourage best practice exchange across the team
- Build and manage relationships with placement officers; identify branding and engagement opportunities with the campuses
- Builds strong relationships with internal client groups such as recruiting committees and networks
- Expand knowledge across different schools and divisional coverage
- Work globally with senior recruiting colleagues
- Support other recruiting efforts, where required.
