Our client is a US based MNC and fortune 500 organisation

Position: Campus Recruitment Manager

Position reports to India Recruitment Head handling a small team

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all Campus Recruitment from Tier 1 & II engineering colleges and B-Schools

- Be the face of the organization for campuses across the country

- Contribute strategically and implement programs regarding employer branding

- Manage the talent acquisition team responsible for campus recruitment

Desired Profile:

- Must have 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in Campus Recruitment for the IT sector.

- Handled end-to-end campus relations activities i.e., University relations, branding, Logistics etc

- Should have excellent communication skills

- Strong team handling experience
